If you choose to use insurance to pay for Clear Passage Counseling (CPC) services:
- CPC does accept most insurance.
- If CPC is out of network then...
- CPC will provide insurance forms that you will submit to your insurance company.
- Insurance company will pay you.
If you choose not to use insurance to pay for Clear Passage Counseling (CPC) services:
- You pay at the time of the session.
- Payment is based on a sliding fee schedule
of .01% of the gross household income.
Example:
- If the household yearly
income is $120,000, your
per session cost would
be $120.
Minimum fee for any session is $120.
Maximum fee for any session is $170.
